Yellowfin Tuna

We have established suppliers of Yellowfin Tuna for Fresh or Frozen Tuna products in Northern Selewesi, Padang, Western Sumatra and Columbo, Sri Lanka. The catch is 100% pole and line caught with a combination of day catch and 3-5 day catch boats. Plants can produce Super Frozen, Hyper Chill Frozen, All Natural and CO Treated. Finished goods products include, Center Cut Loins, Saku Blocks, Poke, Steaks, Ground meat Tuna Belly and Hyper Chill Sashimi Burgers.
