Soft Shell Crab

Wild Mangrove crabs are caught in the Myanmar Delta regions Ayeyarwady river. The crabs are harvested live and transported either to the Yangon farms and plant or to the Labutta farm and plant. The quality of the Delta area water and the efficient logistics between supply and the farms ensure premium quality. Primary product is fully cleaned soft shell crabs.
